Senior Pastor

Craig Simonian

Having started the church with his wife, Joyce, back in 2001, Craig now very happily serves the Vineyard in Morristown as its pastor. They have two incredible daughters, Rebecca and Sarah. After getting his BS in Economics, Craig headed off to Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack NY for his Master’s. Their calling to plant this church came in 2000, having just spent five years serving together in Tajikistan (Central Asia). Craig’s dreams include growing closer with Joyce each year, always having his girls close by and seeing them walk in deep intimacy with Jesus, seeing our church plant churches around the region, and owning an Orange County custom chopper. Associate Pastor

Clint Morgan

Clint came on staff with the Morristown Vineyard in October 2005. Prior to that, he had served as the Associate Pastor of the NYC Vineyard, where he and his family were members since that church’s inception in 1988. His responsibilities in Morristown include leadership development, teaching/preaching, and training, among other things. In addition to being a full-time pastor, Clint runs a small graphic design company in New York City, where he resides with his wonderful wife Barbara and amazing daughter Michelle. By the way, he is a huge film buff and has the dream of someday owning an incredible home theater!

Director of Worship Ministry

Conrad Orante

Conrad moved to the United States from the Philippines when he was 13 years old. In 1996, while attending a church in Woodbridge, NJ he began leading worship in a small group setting and playing in the church band. The following year he was appointed worship leader. Conrad, his wife Lynn, and their two children Brian and Jocelyn, came to The Vineyard Church in 2001 where he now oversees the worship ministry. They reside in Woodbridge. When Conrad isn’t busy with worship he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, going to the park or taking in a movie. He also enjoys home remodeling and tinkering with car repairs.

Director of Children’s Ministry

Joyce Simonian

Joyce grew up in Lancaster, PA and eventually wound up at the University of Delaware, where she met her husband. Joyce is a proud mom of two daughters and has been serving as interim director of our Vineyard Kidz’ ministry because of her amazing heart for kids.

Director of Prayer Ministry

Janet Carr

Janet was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and moved to New Jersey when she was 5 years old. She and her husband, James, reside in Denville, NJ. As overseer of the Prayer Ministry, her desire is to promote prayer in our Vineyard in as many forms as possible. including group intercessory prayer, prayer walks, prayer training workshops, and prayer vigils. Janet is employed as a preschool teacher at the Morris Plains Coop School where she teaches two classes of three year olds. Janet enjoys visiting aquariums, art and science museums, and historical sites. She also loves bird watching, hiking, and camping.
